Tracy Adams Tracy Adams, BBA is the Program Manager for the Texas A&M KSTAR Program. She began working at the Texas A&M Rural and Community Health Institute (RCHI) in 2006 and has been with the KSTAR Program since it began in 2007.

Andrea Ciccone, JD Andrea Ciccone, JD is the Vice President, Engagement at Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB). Ms. Ciccone is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for FSMB’s member boards and other targeted stakeholders. |
Sophie Miles Dr. Sophia Myles is an Adjunct Professor at Laurentian University, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. She is also Co-Lead of the Integrated Care Models Optimizing Scope policy theme at the Canadian Health Workforce Network, which in part examines scopes of practice linking these to educational requirements and training models. |
Dr. Robert Steele, FAAFP Dr. Steele is a board-certified family physician with a 28-year history of medical and administrative practice. He currently serves as a consultant/Program Aide with KSTAR. |
Tracey Zeigler, RN, BSN Tracey Ziegler, RN, BSN, is the Director of the LifeGuard Physician Clinical Assessment Program. She joined LifeGuard in January 2023 and assumed the role of director in April of that year. |
